🤝 CODE OF CONDUCT
1. Unity with Accountability
"Hold fast to the rope of Allah, all together, and be not divided." (Qur’an 3:103)
We welcome Muslims from all walks of life with the shared purpose of serving Allah and uplifting one another. Differences are honored, but division is not. Any behavior that sows fitnah, disunity, or ego-driven harm will be corrected.
2. Truthfulness & Integrityour Information
"Speak the truth, even if it is against yourselves." (Qur’an 4:135)
Honesty in identity, intention, and interaction is required. Misrepresentation, slander, backbiting, or deception — online or offline — violates this sacred trust.
3. Respectful Interaction & Conflict Resolution
"The best among you are those who have the best manners and character." (Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Bukhari)
Disagreements are natural. Disrespect is not. Conflict must be addressed with patience, humility, and sincere intention to reconcile.
4. Contribution Over Consumption
"The most beloved of people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to others." (al-Muʻjam al-Awsaṭ)
This is not a spectator community. We value active members who give — time, advice, service, resources — for the betterment of others.
5. Purity in Purpose & Communication
"Let no indecency proceed from your mouths, and if you speak, speak with justice." (Qur’an 6:152)
We prohibit inappropriate content, foul language, gossip, trolling, or un-Islamic behavior across our channels. Modesty and mercy are expected in tone and action.
6. Zero Tolerance for Exploitation
“Woe to those who give less [than due], who when they take a measure from people, take in full — but if they give by measure or by weight to them, they cause loss.” (Qur’an 83:1–3, Surah Al-Mutaffifin)
We will not tolerate predatory behavior, unsolicited solicitation, abuse of access, data scraping, or attempts to manipulate the network for personal gain. Members who breach this will be removed without hesitation.
7. Redemption is Possible
“Whoever does not show mercy to the people, Allah will not show mercy to them.” (Muslim)
Those who violate our Code of Conduct may seek reinstatement through sincere taubah (repentance), community restitution, and meaningful correction. We do not cancel, but we do correct, privately, directly, and for the sake of Allah, not ego. Every believer deserves the chance to return to what is right, with dignity and accountability.

1. Your Data is an Amanah
“Verily, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due…” — Qur’an 4:58
At TMC, we treat your personal information as a sacred trust (amanah). It is never sold, shared without consent, or used to exploit. We collect only what is necessary to fulfill our mission to serve the Ummah — and nothing more.

Recommend relevant resources or opportunities
Improve your experience on the platform
Preserve Islamic values in our digital spaces
You control what you share and may request full data deletion at any time with the deletion of your account.
3. Faith-Guided Use of AI
“And establish justice…” — Qur’an 57:25
Our AI and automation tools are trained on ethical, halal data, and are:
Governed by a faith-informed oversight team (Shurah)
Designed to serve users with dignity
Prohibited from deceptive, manipulative, or intrusive practices
We automate connection, never exploitation.
4. Consent-Driven Communication
“There is no compulsion in religion…” — Qur’an 2:256
You will only receive communication (emails, reminders, opportunities) you’ve explicitly opted into. You may unsubscribe at any time without losing access to core features. We honor your right to control how you're contacted.
5. No Ads. No Algorithms. No Surveillance.
“And do not consume one another’s wealth unjustly…” — Qur’an 2:188
TMC is not an ad network or data broker. We will never:
Sell your behavior to third parties
Track you across apps unless for our own internal use and with your consent.
Manipulate your attention with algorithms. Instead we will use it to improve your discovery & search features to help you connect with Ihsan (perfection) & faith first, always.
As Muslims, You Are Not A Product - You Are Our Purpose.
We serve you — not advertisers.
6. Youth Privacy & COPPA Compliance
In accordance with U.S. COPPA and GDPR laws:
Children under 13 will not be able to create full accounts.
Users between 13–15 must obtain parental consent to participate fully.
All data from youth is subject to deletion upon request by parents or legal guardians.
7. Your Rights Are Protected

Access or export your data
Request deletion
Understand exactly how your data is used
Report concern or misuse in confidence
TMC complies with Islamic ethics, GDRP, CCPA, and other global standards.
